1. APPOINTMENT
The Tutor is appointed to conduct online/offline classes for assigned subjects and classes as scheduled by the Institute. The Tutor agrees to perform all teaching duties professionally, honestly, and responsibly.
2. TUTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct classes regularly and punctually.
• Complete the full scheduled class duration properly.
• Prepare chapter PPTs and teaching material at least 2 days before class.
• Conduct objective-based tests every 15 days.
• Solve student doubts through class discussion or WhatsApp/chat support.
• Submit test marks and student performance reports on time.
• Maintain professional and respectful behavior with students and parents.
• Ensure classes are recorded properly when required.
• Share notes, assignments, and study materials on time.
• Support demo classes and promotional activities when required.
3. CLASS TIMING & ATTENDANCE
- The Tutor must join the class at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled time.
• The Tutor must inform the Institute at least 24 hours in advance in case of leave or absence.
• Repeated late joining, absenteeism, or class cancellation without notice may lead to penalties or termination.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
- ₹150–₹300 per class (60 minutes)
• ₹500 per test (2 tests monthly)
• ₹1000 for final test evaluation
• ₹500 monthly bonus for maintaining 4+ ratings
Payment shall be processed monthly between the 10th to 15th of the following month through UPI or Bank Transfer.
5. PERFORMANCE & QUALITY POLICY
The Tutor is expected to maintain high teaching quality, professionalism, and student engagement. Poor teaching quality, repeated complaints, misconduct, or negative behavior may result in warning, payment deduction, suspension, or permanent termination.
6. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
- Maintain discipline and professionalism.
• Avoid abusive, rude, or inappropriate language.
• Respect students, parents, and management staff.
• Maintain proper dress code and professional presentation during online classes.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Tutor shall not share student data, contact information, or Institute study material externally. All academic material, recordings, and content remain the property of the Institute.
8. NON-COMPETE POLICY
The Tutor shall not directly contact or privately teach students enrolled through the Institute without written permission from management. Violation may result in immediate termination.
9. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Laptop/Desktop with minimum 1-hour backup
• Webcam
• Headphones with microphone
• Proper high-speed Wi‑Fi or stable internet connection
• Basic knowledge of Zoom and online teaching tools
The Tutor shall be responsible for maintaining uninterrupted technical setup during classes.
10. LEAVE & PENALTY POLICY
Prior approval is required for leave. In case of absence without proper notice, the Institute may deduct payment for missed classes. Repeated negligence may result in contract termination.
11. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
Either party may terminate this agreement by providing 30 days prior written notice. The Institute reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately in case of misconduct, poor performance, policy violation, repeated complaints, or unauthorized student dealing.
12. LIABILITY
The Institute shall not be responsible for personal technical issues, internet failure, power failure, financial loss, or any external disruption faced by the Tutor.
13. AGREEMENT VALIDITY
This Agreement shall remain valid from the date of signing until terminated by either party according to the terms mentioned above.
