Student Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all students enrolled in the Institute’s online/offline educational programs.

By enrolling in the Institute, students and parents agree to follow all rules, policies, and guidelines mentioned below.

1. Admission & Enrollment

• Admission will be confirmed only after successful fee payment.
• Students must provide correct personal and academic information during registration.
• The Institute reserves the right to reject or cancel admission in case of false information or misconduct.

2. Fees & Payment Policy

• Fees must be paid on time as per the selected plan.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Delay in fee payment may result in:
  • Class access restriction
  • Suspension from tests
  • Removal from batches

3. Attendance Policy

• Students must attend classes regularly.
• Minimum 80% attendance is recommended for better academic performance.
• Repeated absenteeism without proper reason may affect progress tracking and support services.

4. Class Discipline

Students must:

• Maintain discipline during classes.
• Respect teachers and fellow students.
• Avoid abusive language, misconduct, or disturbance during sessions.
• Keep microphone muted unless instructed by the tutor.

The Institute reserves the right to remove students from classes in case of repeated misconduct.

5. Study Material & Recordings

• Recorded classes and study materials are provided only for personal learning purposes.
• Students are strictly prohibited from:
  • Sharing recordings publicly
  • Selling study material
  • Uploading Institute content online without permission

Violation may lead to permanent suspension and legal action.

6. Test & Evaluation Policy

• Tests may be conducted every 15 days or as scheduled.
• Students are expected to attempt tests honestly.
• Progress reports may be shared with parents regularly.

7. Doubt Solving Support

• Doubt support will be available through classes, WhatsApp, or chat support.
• Students must use support groups professionally and avoid spam or irrelevant messages.

8. Technical Requirements

Students must arrange:

• Smartphone/Laptop/Desktop
• Stable internet connection
• Proper audio setup for online classes

The Institute shall not be responsible for interruptions caused by personal technical issues.

9. Performance & Result Policy

• Student performance depends on:
  • Attendance
  • Practice
  • Participation
  • Self-learning
  • Discipline

The Institute provides:

• Guidance
• Quality teaching
• Doubt support
• Progress tracking
• Recorded classes

“The Institute is not responsible for poor academic performance, low marks, failed results, or lack of improvement if the student does not maintain proper attendance, discipline, participation, practice, and regular learning.”

10. Batch & Schedule Changes

• The Institute reserves the right to:
  • Change batch timings
  • Replace tutors
  • Merge batches
  • Reschedule classes when required

Students will be informed whenever possible.

11. Certification Policy

• Certificates may be provided after successful course completion and required attendance.
• The Institute reserves the right to deny certification in case of misconduct or incomplete participation.

12. Suspension & Termination

The Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate student access in case of:

• Misconduct
• Abusive behavior
• Fee non-payment
• Sharing of study material illegally
• Repeated violation of rules

No refund will be applicable after termination.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Institute shall not be responsible for:

• Internet failure 
• Device issues 
• Personal academic negligence 
• External technical disruptions 
• Individual examination outcomes
