1. Regular Class Attendance
- Attend all live classes on time.

- Write Us whenever doubts arise.
- Respond during teacher interactions and activities.
3. Homework & Assignments
- Complete all homework on time.
- Submit assignments before deadlines.
- Practice daily for better understanding.
4. Test Participation
- Attend all 15-day tests and assessments.
- Attempt tests honestly without cheating.
- Review mistakes and improve performance.
5. Discipline During Classes
- Maintain respectful behavior with teachers and classmates.
- Avoid unnecessary disturbance during sessions.
- Keep microphone muted unless asked to speak.
6. Proper Use of Study Materials
- Use recorded sessions only for personal learning.
- Do not share recordings or study materials publicly.
- Keep login credentials secure.
7. Doubt Solving Responsibility
- Use WhatsApp/chat support properly.
- Ask academic doubts clearly.
- Avoid spam or irrelevant messages in groups.
8. Parent Communication Support
- Share progress reports with parents regularly.
- Inform parents about upcoming tests and activities.
- Maintain transparency regarding studies.
9. Consistency & Self-Study
- Revise recorded classes regularly.
- Maintain a daily study routine.
- Practice self-learning along with guided learning.
10. Respect for Platform Rules
- Follow all academic and behavioral guidelines.
- Maintain positive conduct online.
- Misuse, abuse, or misconduct may lead to suspension.

Responsibilities for Tutors
To maintain high-quality education, student trust, and platform growth, every tutor must perform their responsibilities professionally, consistently, and with proper discipline.
1. Class Discipline & Punctuality
- Join every class on time.
- Complete full 60-minute sessions properly.
- Inform management in advance before taking leave or remaining absent.
- Maintain regular teaching consistency.
- Prepare the chapter PPT at least 2 days before the scheduled class.
- Design objective-type tests for every 15-day assessment.
2. Teaching Quality
- Teach concepts clearly and professionally.
- Make classes interactive and student-friendly.
- Ensure students understand topics properly.
- Use simple and practical explanations for better learning.
3. Student Engagement
- Encourage active student participation during classes.
- Ask questions and involve students in discussions.
- Maintain positive classroom energy and motivation.
4. Doubt Solving Responsibility
- Solve student doubts in the next upcoming class or provide solutions through messages.
- Respond to doubts through WhatsApp/chat support.
- Attend weekly doubt-solving sessions regularly.
5. Test & Evaluation Responsibility
- Conduct tests every 15 days.
- Submit marks and performance updates on time.
- Help students improve after evaluations and tests.
6. Progress Tracking
- Monitor student attendance and academic performance.
- Support preparation of student test reports and progress tracking.
7. Professional Conduct
- Maintain respectful behavior with students and parents.
- Avoid rude language, arguments, or negative behavior, as it directly impacts tutor reviews and ratings.
- Maintain professionalism during online classes and communication.
8. Recording & Study Material Responsibility
- Ensure all classes are recorded properly.
- Share notes, PPTs, and study materials on time.
- Avoid use of copyrighted or unauthorized content.
9. Platform Growth Support
- Support demo classes when required.
- Participate in promotional activities.
- Help improve student retention.
- Support referral programs and demo video creation.
10. Tutor Skill & Experience Requirements
- Minimum Graduation qualification required.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Must have Laptop, with 1hr Backup
- Webcam, and Headphones with microphone.
- Must know how to properly use the Zoom application and online teaching tools.
- Proper high-speed Wi-Fi or stable internet connection is mandatory for conducting uninterrupted online classes.
